The Association for Iron & Steel Technology, AIST, awarded UTK MSE undergraduate student Madeline Loveday its Southeast Member Chapter’s Gene Suave Scholarship. From the AIST website, the purpose of the award is to reward and encourage an AIST Southeast Chapter high school senior or college undergraduate student, preparing for a career in Engineering or the sciences. This scholarship fund is for members of the Materials Advantage program.
Madeline is a Senior MSE student, MSE Ambassador, member of the local chapter of Material Advantage and Undergraduate Research Assistant at the University of Tennessee
