The Materials Science and Engineering Department at the University of Tennessee Knoxville helped students maintain their sanity as the spring semester draws to a close by hosting a Game Night in Ferris Hall. Among the festivities, there was a table with a heated game of Catan. There was more than one monitor where students demonstrated their extracurricular skills at MarioKart or Super Smash Bros. There was also a more reserved table for serious card players.
Thanks to the MSE ambassadors for arranging and promoting the event. Thanks to the always amazing MSE advisor, Jake Working, for his role in making the event happen. Thanks to the MSE department for providing nutritional support. Most of all, thanks to the undergraduate students who make the UTK MSE department such a close-knit and welcoming community.
