MSE’s Greenhalgh Awarded ETI Consortium Scholarship

MSE sophomore Alex Greenhalgh was one of four students nationally awarded the Enabling Technologies & Innovation (ETI) Consortium Scholarship from Georgia Tech.

Greenhalgh maintains a minor in mathematics and looks forward to building a career that combines his fascination with computer science, his knowledge of materials, and his interest in mathematics and coding. His undergraduate research and internships have involved scientific visualization and materials modeling.

The ETI’s core mission is to direct multidisciplinary research and innovation to enable the technologies to train the next generation of human capital and to bridge the gap between the university basic research and NNSA national laboratories’ mission-specific applications.
