MSE junior Jakob Scroggins was selected as a 2024 Goldwater Scholar, a prestigious scholastic award undergraduate students in the U.S can achieve.

MSE students showcased their research and participated in competitions at the Minerals, Metals & Materials Society (TMS) Annual Meeting this March.

Jakob Scroggins earned valuable support for studies and research with the Acta Materialia Inc. Undergraduate Scholarship from the ASM Materials Education Foundation.
